What do I have to do to get ready?

For the safety and well being of your belongings we ask that you remove all small items such as sun catchers and knick-knacks from the window and sill area. We’ll remove and replace any large furniture that may be in our way.

If you have animals that can’t be let out, or represent a danger to our staff, please secure them in a separate room.

Please help us to make sure that children are kept away from ladders, window components and equipment.

We can work around most window treatments. In the event that your window treatments are fragile, extremely expensive or irreplaceable (for example silk or antique drapes) please take them down for the day.

If your windows have been tinted, or processed in any way please advise our staff. Some types of tinting and energy efficient coatings are easy to damage unless precautions are taken beforehand.

Can I set up a maintenance plan?

Yes – Quickly, Easily and for FREE:

Register at www.ConnectedContractors.com (about 2-3 minutes)

From your Customized Dashboard click on “Schedule Appointment”.
Select Window Cleaning – Estate Window Cleaning.
Complete the rest of the form.
Click on the Submit Appointment Request button.
We will receive your email request, and contact you to confirm one of the Dates & Times you suggested.
Once your first appointment has been confirmed it will appear under the link:
“My Appointments”.
Click on the reference number.
You can now create automated reminders for recurring service.
We will both receive automated email reminders for service calls at whatever interval you like.

You can edit your reminders at any time.

Please note, this does take a few minutes of your time, but once you’ve established a maintenance plan, it’s done! And that’s one less “To Do” in today’s busy world.

Customers with a Maintenance Plan have priority over all other incoming phone requests. (Check this policy with other contractors if you use this feature for other recurring service items.)

If you do not have consistent access to the Internet, we can set Reminders up on your behalf, and respond to the automated emails via telephone.

Yes! You’re protected by our $1,000,000 general liability policy and statutory workers’ compensation insurance. [top]

Who will do the work?

Our employees have been screened to ensure your safety. Background checks include criminal and civil reports, and a driver’s license check. Employees have agreed in writing to our Random Drug Testing Policy. All of our employees provide the documented proof necessary for us to file Federal Form I-9.

In many cases an owner of the company will be on site while the work is performed. If not, one of us will stop by, or contact you shortly thereafter to make sure you’re satisfied. [top]
