By establishing a Fixed Maintenance Plan, you'll get the services you want, when you want them, and our company will be able to anticipate your service needs and plan for your projects in advance.

Here's how it works:

• You tell us which services you want, and when you want them.
• We review and approve your request.
• Your project(s) is added to our workspace at ConnectedContractors.com
• Both parties receive Automated Email Reminders based on the agreed Plan.
    Example: Annual email in October to set up a November service call.
• Automated Reminders continue until the customer edits or deletes the Plan.

You can set up a Fixed Maintenance Plan quickly, easily and for FREE:

1. Go to www.ConnectedContractors.com. Scroll down and Click the "Register" button under "Homeowners". Fill out a brief registration form and Click "Submit." You'll receive a link via e-mail to activate your account. Click the link to complete registration and return to login page. Login with your User Name and Password. You're ready to begin!
   
   
2. Click "Maintenance", found in the lower middle of screen, under Project Organizers. From the list of maintenance items at left, Scroll down the list, and Click "Window Cleaning".
   
   
3. Select "Estate Window Cleaning" from the Contractor/Business Name dropdown menu. Click "Save Changes". Estate's contact info is now stored in your Organizer. Click "Info" located under our saved name to view. Close the contact window.
   
   
4. Now Click "Reminders" in the upper right corner of the Organizer.
   
   
5. Select "Estate Window Cleaning" once again from Contractor/Business Name Menu. Click "Save Changes."
   
   
6. Scroll down and Click the "Set Reminder" button for the month you'd like to have your windows cleaned.
   
   
7. In the "Add New Maintenance Reminder" window, Click the down arrow to select an annual frequency, and Enter any special instructions for the selected month at the bottom of the form. (example: in Nov you might type "before Thanksgiving").
   
   
8. Click "Activate Reminder" button to confirm the Reminder. Repeat steps 6-8 for each month you would like window cleaning service.
   
   
9. Set eReminders for other services by Clicking "Pressure Washing" or "Gutter Cleaning" from the list of maintenance items at left, and repeat steps 3-9.

Please note: Customers with a Maintenance Plan have priority over all other incoming phone requests, and availability may be limited during peak months.
